Why Choose TPA?

A commitment to our whānau and community

We carefully screen your team to give you the best possible experience. You have the ability to select and decide, who is right for you

A focus on quality support

Our new staff receive one on one training from our Training Manager. This is to ensure that at a minimum, all staff are able to provide Home Help Services in a professional and respectful way

Clear and consistent communication

You'll be informed every step of the way, thanks to our trusty system which allows you to view rosters, see changes and keep up to date with your team. You'll also have direct contact with our Gisborne or Tairāwhiti Coordinator

Culturally sensitive approach

We are a family owned and operated company who are proudly Māori. We understand tīkanga and the importance of manaakitanga. Whether you are Māori or not, we respect all cultures

We prioritise ongoing training and support for our staff

Our staff will undergo competency assessments which we renew annually, to ensure a sustained knowledge base. We also encourage further training to upskill
